The urban - architectural design completes the wider building block with the line of construction of four multifamily buildings along Flajšmanova Street and the design of a public park in the central part of the building block. The morphology with four equal buildong volumes establishes a clear and simple building line along the street . Architectural design of the segmentation of the volumes against the park softens the building line towards green areas. The concept of voulme placement and design of the buildings completes the broader urban design of street building blocks in such a way that it maintains wider urbanistic concept and on the other hand integrates new buildings into the central park layout.
