Due to the location of the plot between the regional road and the highway, the urban - architectural design of the residential neighborhood Lukovica Jug is based on the line roadside construction of eight residential buildings of the 4 floors height with 160 non-profit apartments. Setting up the volume of objects and program is designed to establish a barrier with the public ground floor towards the highway, and the positioning of buildings transversely on the peripheral road forms an internal protected environment between buildings with landscape design. Concept of the design of the urban design and the buildings themselves enables to establish high-quality micro-ambients in a highly busy location.
